Our Venues
Studio 2B is a unique space in the heart of Stroud. We have a creative group studio and a calm talking space that is used for counselling and mentoring. This is an affirming space for individuals seeking the opportunity to be themselves in either the creative studio, or in a welcoming LGBTQIA+ counselling and creative/mentoring 1-1 session or as part of a group.
Kingsley House is set right in the middle of Gloucester and Cheltenham Just off Shurdington Road. With lots of parking and great access to the A417 and the M5, we see people face to face from all over Gloucestershire and the surrounding Cotswold areas. Kingsley House has a regular N10 bus route to both Gloucester and Cheltenham. It is a peaceful house, with 10 therapy rooms that are managed by our main company, Essential Space Counselling and Training Ltd.
Founded by SJ Bolton-Locke in 2019 as a therapeutic community organisation, Identity Space began as a project in 2020, which grew into its own service reaching more and more LGBTQIA+ people every day!
We are proud to have the continued support from our main organisation, Essential Space Counselling and Training as we stand side by side supporting mental health and opening up opportunities for positive change.
Our mission is to provide empowering inclusive and bespoke services for adults and young people, online and in-person throughout the UK.
